ModelWorks chose the Panther tank model to follow the highly successful Tiger tank - the most feared tank of WW2. Both models are constructed in an imposing 1/8th scale mainly from steel and aluminium. The models are faithful reproductions of the originals and with overall lengths over the gun of 1 metre and weights of 70 kilos, they exude a sense of power creating an authentic feel and movement. Yet they will fit in an average car - register your interest now in a Tiger or Panther from Modelworks.

Text Box: The Hudson Tender Locomotive in 7+ gauge:
When Paul Kiefer took over as Chief Mechanical Engineer of the New York Central System in 1926 it was apparent that a new passenger locomotive was needed. Kiefer selected the American Locomotive Company to build it and the first of the new class was delivered in 1927. After testing, Paul Kiefer went to see Pat Crowley who was the president of the entire NYC system and asked what name the locomotive should have. Crowley thought for a few minutes and then said "The Hudson, after the Hudson River" and the name stuck. The Hudson type (4-6-4) was so successful, it was sold to many customers all over North America and eventually the World. You will be able to letter yours with the railroad name of your choice from a large selection and in some cases with a different colour scheme. Models of this locomotive are extremely popular so please register promptly your interest in our kit series. You will then become eligible for a discount. when we
 commence production.
